I know how you feel. I’ve been there . . .

I’ve been through a decade of chronic trauma and a decade of healing while building a business so it’s safe to say I know how you feel.

I was in a destructive, toxic, emotionally and financially abusive marriage for many years. I lost my confidence, my sparkle, and my sense of self. I became disconnected from my soul.

After separating from my ex husband, I embarked upon a journey with the goal of not just healing from my past, but to create a thriving life that I’m excited to live.

I focused on developing my spiritual and intuitive gifts as well as rediscovering my purpose and reconnecting with my soul.

I’ve been a medium my whole life, started learning about crystals and metaphysics in my teens, and have trained in reiki, over a dozen energy healing techniques, massage therapy, holistic health, and coaching, which amounts to over 35 years of training and practice.

I now understand that my purpose is to change the world by empowering and inspiring you to fall in love with your soul so that you will fall in love with your life.
